Blythe joined Columbia in 2023 after graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Management. Known for her sharp numerical skills and unwavering work ethic, she completed two Co-ops with Columbia before securing a permanent position as an Assistant Estimator.  Working closely with the project team, Blythe enjoys analyzing project requirements to obtain accurate and competitive pricing. Seeing concepts evolve from a collection of drawings into the realization of the owner's or architect's vision is a gratifying part of Blythe’s job.

Blythe’s drive to pursue accuracy while remaining creative and agile is rooted in her experience as a national level synchronized swimmer. Executing elegant underwater routines in synchronization with a team demands exceptional dedication and skill. Currently, she relishes her "retirement" from swimming, taking on the role of a coach to introduce newcomers to the sport. Outside of the pool and the office, she also enjoys traveling and photography, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her dog, Phineas.
