As a Senior Superintendent, Ryan reports daily to the jobsite, where he coordinates and directs subcontractors to ensure schedule milestones are being met. A recent AGC Superintendent of the Year finalist, he works collaboratively with the entire project team from project inception through the final punch list, ensuring timely, high-quality results for clients. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed construction efforts for a variety of fast-track, larger-scale projects in an assortment of different industries. He enjoys the unique experiences each project brings, as no two are ever the same. Ryan’s easy going and approachable disposition make it easy for him to develop a rapport with subcontractors, clients, OPMs, architects, engineers and building managers, who he interacts with.
When not on the jobsite, Ryan can be found spending time with his family. Between his family cottage in Ipswich, MA near Crane’s Beach and his in-laws’ summer home in York Beach, ME Ryan spends a lot of time surfside in the summer months. Maybe that is why his top bucket list item is to swim with great white sharks one day! We’re betting he definitely has the guts to go through with it too; he and his wife have already climbed and hung off of the CN Tower in Toronto. Ryan stays active by playing golf in the warmer months and hockey in the winter. Fun Fact: Rene Rancourt sang the national anthem at his wedding!
