With over 20 years of experience, including nearly 18 years at Columbia, Scott brings a robust understanding of the industry. In his role, Scott collaborates with teams to monitor project financials, schedules, and safety. Additionally, he focuses on resource allocation, career development, team building, goal setting, coaching, and mentoring. Committed to leveraging tools and controls, Scott dedicates time to improving processes while teaching and coaching our teams in their effective use. While he is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of Columbia, Scott also maintains a big-picture perspective, consistently striving to exceed client expectations.
When Scott isn’t working, you can find him skiing up North with his family, relaxing at the beach in Maine, or playing outdoor soccer.
