Columbia announces the promotion of three team members to Vice President roles. Sam Dettore is Vice President | Corporate, Ralph DiNapoli advances to Vice President | Safety, and Matt Johnson takes on the Vice President | Hospitality Construction position. Each assumes his position immediately.

Sam Dettore joined Columbia in 2000. Since that time, he has established a reputation for building powerful and lasting working relationships and for consistently delivering the highest-quality projects. His commitment to both clients and teams is unmatched, and his promotion to Vice President | Corporate recognizes the standard of excellence he has set and the trust he has earned throughout the industry.

Ralph DiNapoli has been a member of the Columbia team since 2015. Having spent his entire career in and around the field, Ralph understands well the foundational importance of jobsite safety, and his astute leadership has strengthened and enhanced Columbia’s worker safety program. He is approachable, trusted, and widely respected across the company, and his promotion to Vice President | Safety is richly deserved.
 
Matt Johnson has worked at Columbia for three decades, and he has become one of the most knowledgeable and respected hospitality leaders in the Boston market. His honest, direct feedback and deep expertise have shaped his team into sector leaders. Matt is a strong external-facing representative for Columbia, and his appointment to the Vice President | Hospitality Construction role reflects his deep knowledge, abilities, and impact.
