Columbia Construction Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Siggy Pfendler, LEED AP, to Director of Improvement & Innovation. Siggy came to Columbia in 2007 as a Project Manager, and most recently served as the Director of Virtual Construction in which she developed and implemented BIM workflows throughout the company improving the delivery of high quality projects to clients.
In this new role, Siggy will interact with all departments to define, identify, and develop best practice workflows and deploy the technologies that support and improve operational efficiencies across the company.
“We’re very excited about Siggy leading this new initiative to improve Columbia's efficiencies,” states Andrew Townshend. “Her passion for continuous improvement combined with her understanding of the different components of our organization will enable her to develop the roadmap to increase productivity and continue to enhance our ability to serve our clients,” adds Mr. Townshend.
