Sherin and Lodgen, a law firm focused on real estate, litigation, business, and employment law, new offices located on the 14th floor of One Lincoln Street in Boston. Columbia provided construction management services to upgrade the 30,000 square foot space to reflect the unique energy and
culture of the firm.

High-end finishes include custom millwork from the elevator lobby into the reception area, extensive tiling, and an acoustical panel ceiling covering the open office area to ensure privacy. The cafe and pantry feature booths and banquette seating, allowing employees to share meals and collaborate
informally.

The project was completed on an accelerated schedule.
