As Vice President of Safety, Ralph has spent two decades in and around construction and understands the foundational importance of jobsite safety. His commitment and astute leadership have strengthened and enhanced Columbia’s worker safety program. He ensures that safety procedures are implemented properly and that the company remains compliant with OSHA as well as city, state, and federal regulations. Ralph is a key driver of new initiatives and the integration of safety data, applications, and critical control strategies. He is known at Columbia and throughout the industry as an approachable, trusted, and widely respected professional.

Ralph enjoys spending his free time with his family, cheering on his kids from the sidelines at their college games. A former college hockey player, he values teamwork and takes pride in passing those lessons on to them. He lives by the belief that “hard work outworks talent when talent isn’t working hard,” a mindset that serves him well on the construction site.
