Joined Columbia in 2020

As the Director of People Strategies, Jen brings a great deal of knowledge regarding all facets of human resources to Columbia. Working to support continuous improvement activities, Jen teams with department heads to assist with recruiting needs, develop a more robust employee engagement processes, and assist with employee training and development as a key member of Columbia’s Training Committee. As a communicative and detail-oriented people person, Jen enjoys the variety and hands-on engagement that comes with her role. For Jen, watching employee progress and succeed in reaching their personal career goals is the most rewarding part of her job.


When Jen isn’t busy guiding our employees, she stays busy navigating the great outdoors. She enjoys snowboarding in the winter and hiking and kayaking in the summer. Jen grew up on Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound of the Pacific Northwest, the largest Puget Sound island and one of the few accessible by car.
