Located in downtown Boston, One Lincoln is a 36-story skyscraper featuring premier Class A office space. The building repositioning project featrured a series of overlapping phased renovations enhancing the building’s main lobby and adding several luxurious amenity spaces for tenants. 

The main lobby was remodeled with high-end finishes, a comfortable lounge area, an outdoor patio with seating, and a public food hall with a diverse variety of vendors.

Amenities for building tenants include areas for both work and recreation. A flexible, multi-purpose town square serves as a hub for events, complemented by conference rooms, work spaces, and a warming kitchen to accommodate catered functions. A gaming lounge, whisky bar, and sub-level fitness center provide opportunities for tenants to gather informally. 

A rooftop terrace was constructed, including both a hybrid pickleball/basketball court for friendly competition, as well as walking trails with beautiful landscaping and seating options for enjoying the outdoors.
