One of the largest hotels in the city, towering 30 stories and directly connected to the Hynes Convention Center and the Prudential Center, underwent a major phased renovation to improve and modernize guestrooms, renovate the lobby, and update public areas, meeting rooms, and ballrooms. Significant facade repairs were also performed. 

809 guestrooms in the North Tower were fully renovated with new carpet, fresh paint, and updated wall coverings. Bathrooms with tubs were replaced with tiled showers, all new plumbing fixtures, and other modern finishes. Additionally, former offices were converted into 17 new guestrooms. 

The expansive lobby renovation featured a bar with a distinctive mirrored ceiling and new stone flooring throughout, creating an inviting space for social gatherings. A reception desk, dining area, and workspaces were also added. Additional public areas renovated include 115,000 square feet of meeting rooms, ballrooms, and a fitness and pool area.
