As part of the International Place $100+ million reimagination, Columbia created the Aries Club, a luxurious tenant-only amenity center. Named for the Ram featured in the building’s iconic logo, the club includes thoughtfully designed luxury gathering spaces created to enhance how tenants work, connect, and spend time together.

The space blends business and leisure, with tech-enabled rooms, event spaces, flex spaces, and a members’ lounge. Dedicated areas include podcast rooms, a board room with a pre-function entertainment area, a catering kitchen, and mothers’, prayer, and wellness rooms. A bar and a 3,000 square foot elevated outdoor terrace with a structural glass entrance offer exceptional views, while seasonal fire pits create opportunities for gathering and networking.
The project’s complexity and customized features required significant VPC coordination to assess existing conditions, and with trade partners to ensure schedule priorities were met for a timely completion.
