The mission of the Office of University Advancement is to elevate students, faculty, and innovation by driving strategic philanthropic initiatives. The administrative building houses a majority of the university’s senior leadership, and the Northeastern University Police Department and Mail Services.

The goal of the fourth-floor lobby reception upgrades was to enhance the arrival experience for visitors. The project scope included reconfiguring the space layout and updating finishes in the reception area, common areas, offices, conference rooms, and kitchen spaces.
