"I like doing what I do. Working with my coworkers, subs, architects & clients and at the end of the day seeing the end results."

Russ Parady

Vice President | General Superintendent

Joined Columbia in 1983

Russ started his career with Columbia over 40 years ago and has proven to be one of Columbia’s most knowledgeable and trusted Superintendents. Russ has been involved in many of our most challenging and time-sensitive projects and utilizes that experience to help guide and support our teams. He demands high-quality work and is very good at communicating with the project team in order to plan out work. Russ believes in taking full responsibility for all of the workers on the project, managing each and every activity from project start to completion. Russ oversees Corporate, Interiors, Academic, Energy, and Hospitality projects, helping guide and support the teams as needed to ensure the successful delivery of projects while serving as a resource for the project field team.

Russ’s family, his friends, his dog and of course the New England Patriots are some things he is truly passionate about. When he is out of the office you can find him riding his motorcycle, fishing, or heading up north to the White Mountains. Russ hopes to one day own his own lake house.
